We were invited by Circuito – the educational program of Braga Media Arts – to run a two-day creative coding workshop for teenagers in December 2022.

During this workshop, we helped the participants to create their own arcade video game using web programming. First, we explored together how we can use code to create real-time visuals and interactive animations. Then, we designed the gameplay, planned our tasks and went through the development of the video game as the final project. 

Circuito aims to create multiple connections between media arts and the community. The activities are designed for schools, families, children, teachers, seniors, communities, professionals, amateurs, artists and anyone else who wants to join in.
